Semi-Automatic, "Flip" Net-Weigh/Counting Scale

Where fast changeover is more important than automation, our US-5000 "Flip" Scale is the solution. Automatic scales typically require longer setups and are designed for longer runs. But the US-5000 sets up in seconds. Just slide any "sample" quantity in the load tray, key in your quantity, press the count button and you're finished.

A digital averaging program combined with 16,000,000 internal counts delivers high accuracy and stability.
Variable sampling, automatic zeroing, keyboard calibration and multiple modes are all standard scale controller features.

Vibratory Bowl Net-Weight, Counting Scale

For precision counting of parts that do not separate or run through a parts counter, the US-9000 is the solution. Parts are fed at optimum speeds from a vibratory bowl feeder and are weighed in a scale accurate to 1/1000ths of one pound. Perfect for accuracy of lighter parts and smaller batches that cannot be counted on a typical net weigh scale.

Incline conveyor transports loose or packaged product to table height. You specify the conveyor width and length along with cleat specifications.

UF-3000 Hopper / Incline Conveyor

Further automate your production or packaging operations with incline conveyors designed to transport bulk product from floor heights. This system includes a proximity sensor (scale or hopper) and is also available with level switch controls. Bulk storage hoppers feed the conveyor with vibratory trays for consistent and accurate parts flow.

UF-5000 Cleated Compartment Infeed Conveyor

With the UF-5000 you can, set the production speeds for guaranteed packaging results, or set the pace rate for operators. Package faster, easier and safer. You can also feed multiple compartments continually without interruption. No waiting for bags to be blown open or sealed. The UF-5000 allows you to package a wide assortment of parts (kit packages) inexpensively: hardware kits, appliance kits, bike kits, toy assembly kits, and craft kits directly into poly bags, cartons or other containers.

"V" Tracking Belt Alignment: Guarantees perfect tracking with no alignment and few tension adjustments.
Castors: Rugged castors are standard for plant mobility.
Special Features: Order the conveyor to package your products. Various compartment sizes available. Special accumulating funnels or standard funnels available to achieve proper product flow into a bag or carton.
Three Modes of Operation:
- Manual operation (foot switch).
- Continuous feed operation (paced rate) with variable speed controls.
- Automatically indexes compartment signaled by bagger, FFS machine, feeder or carton equipment. Signal sent back to the package equipment after each compartment is indexed or product is detected in compartments.
Automatic Feed Operations: Automatically feed product into each compartment with auxiliary vibratory bowl feeders, cartridge feeders, or scales.

UF-9000 Bucket Infeed Conveyor

Virtually indestructible Lexan® buckets contain the smallest of components with no possibility of loss of individual pieces. It comes in two bucket size, 4' x 8" or 6' x 10". The Ultra-Feed 9000 offers faster bucket indexing with a variable speed, and variable indexing drive. Rugged construction conveyor for heavy parts application. It is fully ready to integrate to the T-1000 Advanced Poly-Bagger™.
