Fox 314RB Robot Bander 
  • Designed for Pactiv Inc.
  • Three axis ROBOTIC arm secures bundle of 250 circular food container lids
  • Bands lids with 3" film
  • Fully Automatic- film is applied, cut and wiped
  • While banding the lids the machine moves horizontally to serve 2 production lines
  • Can be applied to other applications
 
 
Fox 326BB Bearing Wrapper
  • Designed for major USA bearing manufacturer
  • Operators place the bearing in front of the Pusher-Arm, program the Bearing diameter on the Touch-Screen controls and activate the wrap-cycle
  • The Servo Motor controlled Back-Stop section moves into the programmed position to accommodate the bearing diameter
  • The Pusher-Arm transfers the bearing into the wrap zone connecting with the Back-Stop
  • Once in place the ring starts the wrap cycle, when two wraps are complete the vertically mounted power rollers
  • located on the Pusher-Arm & the Back-Stop turn the bearing to completely encase the bearing with film.
  • The ring is programmed to stop after the first wrap allowing the operator to place a label then continue the wrap cycle
  • When completed the Back-Stop relocates to the home position and the Pusher-Arm moves the wrapped bearing out of the wrap zone.
  • Servo is programmed to accommodate 5" to 15" diameter bearings. 20lbs-115lbs
