Texwrap has designed a high speed side seal with a revolutionary orbital cross seal head. The 205CR is a corrosion resistant machine ideal for bakery applications with a quick disconnect removable washdown infeed conveyor and stainless steel construction. A servo driven 5 axis design reduces mechanical wear and tear on the machine and minimizes maintenance while providing packaging speeds up to 250 per minute.

Other standard features include a 5" x 24" cross seal jaw opening, film capacity of 54"SW (27"CF), centerline design, touch screen set up helper with recipe memory, automatic product placement and automatic recovery.

The Texwrap Model 2219 Multi-Packer Automatic L-Bar

The 2219 MP can multi-pack many differing products; from boxes to cans to note pads in a variety of configurations. The products are brought to the machine by a right or left angled infeed, the program is set for the number of units per row and a pusher bar is activated when that number is fulfilled. The pusher can activate as many rows as your requirements demand, the only limitation is the size of the sealing area. This machine is robust and will handle just about anything you may wish to multi pack without the need for chipboard pads or trays.
